Team Photos

Team photos will take place on Monday, February 2rd, 2026. Get a photo form from your coach. Please give the form and fee directly to the photographer on the day of your photos. Please do NOT give it to your coach, athletic director, homeroom teacher or front office. Every athlete will need to be in uniform that day for pictures.

DUE TO THE SNOW DAY, PICTURES WILL NOW TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY MARCH 9th, 2026. ATHLETES SHOULD USE THE SAME YELLOW FORM THAT WAS GIVEN TO THEM BY THE COACH.

2026 Winter Cheer Tryout Information:

Tryouts for the 2025-2026 school year will start on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 from 3:15-4:45pm in the cafeteria. Please be prepared to attend tryouts all week. Please have your own ride home at 4:45pm (there are no buses).

Athlete Requirements

In order to participate or attend tryouts, every student MUST complete the following three items listed below. OR if you attended tryouts or played a sport in the Fall, you still need to complete the Winter Re-certification form. The winter re-certification form can be found on the ATS system under the tab "forms".

All three requirements OR the winter re-certification form are due on Thursday, January 15th, 2026.

1. PIAA Athletic Physical

2. Online CCET Concussion-Education Program

Concussion education will be completed online from home by the athlete. This is an informational presentation designed to educate students on concussion prevention, symptoms and follow-up care. Each section will have questions that students will have to answer in order to complete the program. When you have completed the presentation and all the questions, it will show you your score. Your Athletic Director will be able to see who has completed this presentation and the score you receive on the questions. This test is valid for one school year.
*This education program should be completed before taking the Impact Concussion Test

3. Online Impact Concussion Test

The ImPACT Test will also be completed online from home by the athlete. It consists of several cognitive questions which will provide a baseline for future impact testing in the event the student suffers a concussion during the Holland Middle School athletic season. The baseline can then be referenced to help determine an athlete’s readiness to return to practice and competitions. Both Concussion items (Concussion education and Impact Test) are MANDATORY for every student athlete. Athletes must have both the Concussion Education Program and the Impact Test completed before attending tryouts.

*If you are an 8th grade student who took the concussion items last year, you will still need to take it again this school year. Concussion tests are valid for one school year.
